If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the watch in its original box along with all manuals and protective packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
